Founders (vF)
The Founders are responsible for everything and anything that goes on in Newfound Vitality. They have come from many paths and always work towards fair judgment and equal opportunity for there members and the community as a whole. They have an open door policy and welcome any questions or concerns that wish to be heard from the members and people outside the community.

Division Officer (vD)
Our Division Officers run and maintain the structure throughout the whole community and work very closely with the Founders in sound decision making. They also work alongside the Commanding Officers to ensure the clans and the community as whole are well structured and being lead in the direction Newfound Vitality is heading towards.

Commanding Officer (vC)
The Commanding Officer is the first step in greater leadership within the community, they work with all the leaders and are there to help and assist in the everyday running of the Generals and there clans. Commanding officers should have sound judgment and have fair decision making in guiding there clans in reaching there goals and future development. Commanding Officers are also responsible for Moderation of clan forums and the grants to any and all members wishing to have a Newfound Vitality Gamer-tag (Nv)
Commanding Officers are up for promotion when they have run and helped multiple clans reach success and grown there Divisions, whilst also bringing new ideas and support to the community.

General
The General, your first real leadership position. A General runs there clan guided by there Commanding Officers. They ensure the Blood Oath & the Chain of Command are being enforced throughout there clans and its members. Generals are responsible for maintaining a well structured clan with activity and a good flow of new blood being brought in by recruiting. A General is tested with there ability to lead by running members underneath them and training them for future growth. Generals are the backbone in creating a fun filled environment for all its members and the gamers within there clans. They are also responsible for all promotions within the clan and to be fair in everyway in making sure they have there squads equal and the same leadership being brought up through the ranks in making there clan run at its fullest potential and at an even keel.
A Generals promotion comes with hard work and dedication towards his/her clan not only towards there clan but also having the other clans in Newfound Vitality's best interest before them at all times. Effort/Leadership/Confidence/Determination/Good judgement and Value are needed in being a great General and one looked at for promotion.

Colonel
Colonels are our Generals right hand man/lady and one that is in training to shadow the Generals in there everyday activity. They are responsible to help out when ever the clan needs attention and are expected to help run meetings/update clan list's/manage the recruiting phase and keep the order throughout the clan.
Colonel's are up for promotion when a clan is ready to split off into a new branch or to replace a General on the basis of promotion.

Captain
Captains are your very first taste in running small sections of members within the clans, they work with there Lieutenants in maintaining a squad that normally runs around 5-15 members on some occasions this can be more as there is no set limit as to how many should be in a specific squad. Each captain should hold meetings/practices/battles with each other and other clans to ensure there activity and members with other clans are being met.
A Captain is ready for promotion when they show interest in leadership and run and maintain well structured squads.

Lieutenant
This role is a Captain in the making, similar to what a Colonel does but on a smaller scale. A lieutenant is there to help guide there squads and handle all concerns within there squad when a Captain is not around, they help with the enforcement of the Blood Oath and help run squad meetings/recruiting ect.
Lieutenants are up for promotion when there squads reach a good amount of members and are ready to take leadership into there own hands and split off there squad

Sergeant
This role is your first step in becoming a official Newfound Vitality member, once reaching this rank you would of shown great determination in the building of your clan and the squad you in, have the clans best interest and understand and enforce Newfound Vitality's rules and guidelines. Upon showing this as well as your interest in the community you will be awarded with being able to have the ''Nv'' in your gamer-tag. With this comes great responsibility for not only are you promoting your community but yourself as an individual. Always be respectful but hardcore to any person you come across and put your community and its name first! You are also there to guide the new Recruits and Privates so ensure you being helpful and considerate.
Sergeants are looked at for promotion when they help build and show interest in there clans and members alike.

Private
Private is your first step into the clan where you will be shadowing allot of the leaders and getting to grips with the way Newfound Vitality works - We encourage you to use the chain of command which is using the rank above you for questions or concers, this way eliminating the hassle of chasing people down and getting the quickest answer or situation done in the quickest time possible. Obviously matters can be brought to any leader at anytime thou try always use the chain of command seeing your answers could be seen to by someone right next to you...
Privates are promoted on there activity in the clan, there interest in growing and becoming the future to what Newfound Vitality is building towards.

Recruit
Our ''New Blood'' as we like to say are the building blocks to our community and ones we strive to look after and guide them on there direction and future growth within the Newfound Vitality community. Recruits will be placed as a recruit for the first week and taken through the steps on growing and ranking up by there fellow piers! All recruits are encouraged to use the forums as a way to get to know each other and meet new people and get stuck in with the activities in the community!

Gamer
Now these are as we like to say our ''Hard Core F&%#ing Gamerz!!'' This holds no rank but purely for the reason to be apart of our community and take part in the activities such as Tournaments/Forums and everything Newfound Vitality is about. Allot of members that have climbed the ranks and have decided to take a step down and relax as a gamer is where this Rank comes into play. These members are made up of all levels and are there to be respected and show the same respect back to there fellow members in the community whilst having there fun!

Multimedia (vM) Our dedicated Multimedia team handle all the artwork and media for our Community. With dedicated forums they able to show off there work, host competitions and even run a school for those that wish to sharpen up there creativity sides and wish to be apart of the Multimedia Team. Be sure to vote for Sig of the Week (SOTW) in there forums and you can even request for a sig to be made while you at it.
